Parts and Service | getting the basics right
Parts and service support is a key part of Customcare, equipped to meet the needs of the bus operators worldwide and the substantial fleet of Wright Group vehicles currently in daily operation.
With central operations at Ballymena in Northern Ireland, we deliver parts and service support through an extensive network of Customcare centres in the UK and Ireland, as well as strategic outlets in other countries where Wright Group products are in service.
Vehicle Off Road (VOR) parts are available within 24 hours, and stock orders within 48 hours. Every part supplied through Customcare is manufactured to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specification, to ensure that the quality and integrity of Wright Group products is not compromised, and carries a manufacturers warranty. This includes glazing systems, replacement panels and electrical entrance ramps.
Investment in advanced communications and e-business capability is already allowing Customcare centres to order and track parts delivery on-line, ensuring greater efficiency in the supply chain.
We have developed a range of support contracts designed to help operators fix significant elements in their vehicles’ operating costs. Repair and maintenance packages with or without labour are available, and our Parts Assurance Package typically covers normal “wear and tear” items over a five-year contract.
